THE AREA

In the south of the island there are several characteristic towns, but, without a doubt, the most famous and touristically prepared are Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, among them is EL CARDON
The building is located 50 meters from Playa Las Vistas, the largest white sand beach in the south of Tenerife, while for athletes there is the brand new "Las Americas" Golf Course just 100 meters away. In addition, the area has restaurants, cafeterias, shopping centers, large supermarkets, clinics and the largest Hospital in the South of Tenerife.
Although it is located in a very central area, EL CARDON can boast of the tranquility in which it is located, considering that the nightlife areas, discos, pubs, etc... are not located nearby.
